Registration Policy

The registration date is the (post-marked date) from the mailed registration envelope. This date is used to determine the priority of team placement of your child. If at all possible, teams are formed by school on a first-come first-serve method. To increase your child’s chances of being placed on a team with his school mates, please complete this registration form and register early. This will increase your chances of playing on the team and with the friends you want greatly.

Please be sure to put the correct grade your child is currently in. The registration form asks for the grade your boy is currently in as of January 2009, Please double check this to help make the teams as equal as possible at the time of registration. THANK YOU!
